Our Story

Luxury Concept is a Dubai based fragrance atelier established in 2010, defined by precision, contrast, and modern olfactory craftsmanship.

From our facility in Dubai Investment Park under Luxury Concept Manufacturing LLC, we develop fragrances through an integrated structure of in-house perfumers, formulation specialists, and laboratory systems. Our work spans controlled small batch creations to scaled production for regional and international distribution.

Certified under ISO and GMP standards, our process is built on disciplined formulation, consistent quality control, and structured production environments.

Luxury Concept operates as a parent house to distinct fragrance identities. Rifaat explores rich Arabian expression. Bon Milano interprets refined French direction. The Cosmos Collection introduces a newer experimental language within the house, shaped by texture, contrast, and evolving creative codes.

Alongside our fragrance brands, we function as a manufacturing and development atelier serving retail partners, distributors, and fragrance houses across the GCC and selected international markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Czech Republic. Distribution is structured through wholesale channels rather than direct consumer retail in these regions.

Our work is grounded in innovation and material depth, where fragrance is approached as architecture rather than decoration. Each creation is shaped to hold presence, texture, and identity over time.
