Our Story

Luxury Concept is a Dubai-based fragrance house established in 2010, built on three enduring principles: memory, mood and identity. We create fragrances where material exploration, olfactory precision and refined craftsmanship meet, spanning accessible luxury to niche and artisanal perfumery. Our portfolio comprises 65 fragrances, each developed with the intention of creating presence, character and lasting identity.

As a parent fragrance house, Luxury Concept develops distinct fragrance identities with their own creative direction. Rifaat draws from the depth of Arabian fragrance tradition. Bon Milano interprets a refined French sensibility. The Cosmos Collection explores a more experimental language through texture, contrast and character, allowing each fragrance to express a distinct olfactory identity.

Every fragrance is developed and blended in Dubai, through an integrated process of formulation, evaluation and quality control. From our Dubai Investment Park facility, we combine creative freedom with disciplined craftsmanship to develop fragrances for regional and international markets. Luxury Concept is where fragrance is built with purpose, shaped by craft and worn as identity.

Because formulation, evaluation and filling all happen under one roof in Dubai Investment Park, we can develop fragrances to a client brief as readily as we develop our own. Our atelier builds custom scents and full own-brand lines for businesses across the GCC.
